I really do believe it's time for violence. These scumbags understand nothing else.

Yup.

That's the irony, isn't it? The Hopey-Changey crowd...wanted to TRANSFORM our society. And are pushing, against the will of the people.

What's it likely to transform into, when extralegal methods and orders are used and implemented? Into a LAWLESS society, perhaps?

It's a tenet of the militant left to USE the open society, the civil society of laws and rights, AGAINST it.

So, what comes of it when they're successful enough to remove the pillars of law and order?

How about, a majority of people angry enough to do violence, no longer restrained by Rule of Law?

How about anarchy? That's fun, right? Maybe not so much, when you're in a minority and the mob-mentality is directed AGAINST you, your ideas, your compatriots, and their ideas?

Get used to the idea. We're a hair's breadth away from it now. And conservatives, and most Americans, are coming to the idea that we can no longer tolerate The Enemy Within.

And, this is how it happens.

Violence and anarchy - "most Americans"?

You vastly overestimate the irrationality and childishness of "most Americans".

Most Americans are aware that the pendulum will eventually swing the other way, and it will be "the other side" in power and actively putting the screws to the citizenry.

No need to panic, except for the warm fuzzies all those 'Red Dawn' and 'Anarchy in the Ashes' fantasies create in the anti-government soul.

You'd like to believe that your little blood and flames scenarios are shared by "most Americans", in their heart of hearts; they're not. They're the expression of a fringe, spoiled brat mindset that steadfastly refuses to see itself for what it is.

When the choice is the chains of bondage; the living hell that is socialism...or strategic violence, including destruction of those who promote deceitful ideologies...the American tradition has been to forcefully rebel. From the first days of our nation.

That is not childish irrationality. Childish irrationality is to hide your eyes and HOPE it goes away; and PRETEND it is not so.

That is what has happened in failed and vanquished societies.

"Aware"? Where does history teach that?

Popular sentiments vacillate. But dictatorship only swings one way; when "the pendulum swings" it's with economic collapse and anarchy.

Russians waited 80 years for "the pendulum to swing" away from statist-collectivist government. Are you ready to wait 80 years? And die of hunger or in a gulag while that pendulum works back?

I hope and pray they are.

Because if these idealogues are not stopped, very soon...the leaden curtain of socialist dictatorship will prevent any effort to change by citizens-turned-subjects.

The problem starts with the schools, with the young...teach them your ideology and they're yours forever. Or at least until your failure is undeniable. Then they're lost and confused and unable to fend for themselves...look at the former Soviet Union. Free twenty years now, and what have they done with it? They've replaced communist dictatorship with crony-capitalist fascist dictatorship.

This, protection of innocent minds, is why the schools were intended to be LOCAL institutions - FWIW. It's not my place to dictate what should be taught - or yours, or government's. It's the prerogative of PARENTS.

But big government and the tentacles of liberalism have infused the schools with a sexualizing, indoctrinating propaganda-laden cirriciculum...to promote the alleged beauties of collectivism and of amimalistic sexuality.

The latter, of course, to sate the homosexual movement and pedophile teachers...and of course to teach of a sort of "freedom" that conservative tenets of personal discipline would "take away."

In Socrates' time it was a capital crime to be found "corrupting the young." The charge may be nebulous; but I think their reaction to sedition in educators was wiser than our own.
