where ya been?

My mistake. We rode the Monongahela on both our trips to PA. Not the Duquesne.

Lu! Glad you rode the incline. We love that! There was a funicular at Magic Mountain when I worked there - we called it the fun-killer because it was so slow. Riding the Duquesne really brought back memories.

Tell Scott that I have thought long and hard, and was going to vote Obama (seriously, not because I like the guy but because I want America to see just how bad liberalism is and they're not going to until we're thoroughly in the shitter) until Palin was put on the ticket. Now I see a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, the GOP will return to her principles and quit pandering to the Left. Again, I see this as a win-win for me.

Hi , Dave! I'm typing at you from Scott's computer! Having the time of my life, and I'm so glad I trusted my instincts once again and decided to visit Scott. I see you and Jill are having fun this board. I miss and love youse both.

We did a lot of shopping. Scott took me on a tour of the area and we stopped at Shaker Woods Christmas festival and around Pittsburgh. We rode the Duquesne Incline. I freaked out when I thought I lost my pocketbook. Scott was the vision of calm and reason and knew that it was really in the back of his car. I should have calmed down and enjoyed the view.

I had a wonderful dinner at his brother's home with his mother and family. We had Puerco Pibil, a slow roasted pork served over rice. We played interesting board games, and I actually beat Scott!

It's beautiful here. The fall colors are at their peak and the hills and forests are gorgeous.

Today, I'm going to shop for Fiesta Ware at the factory outlet, then he's taking me to the casino so I can loose what's left!
