WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush's twin daughters, who have had brushes with the law for underage drinking, turn 21 on Monday, marking their birthday in Texas and looking to stay clear of the spotlight.

Both Barbara Bush, who attends Yale University, and Jenna, a student at the University of Texas at Austin, were in their home state in advance of a Thanksgiving family celebration. The president and first lady planned to celebrate the twins' birthdays during the holiday weekend, a White House official said.

the press made such a bog flippin' deal out of their drinking. Who DIDN'T drink in college before they were legal??? I drank more my first semester in college than I have since probably. ::)

Then there's the double standard. It would appear Chelsea Clinton is at least as much or worse a party animal, but her privacy was "respected". Just another example of the liberal friendly press protecting their own.

As to what Jeny said...hell yes. My sophmore year was one large party.
