Ever use that home dry cleaning stuff? I looked for some yesterday and couldn't find it. Is it still around?

Wal Mart used to carry Dryel. That's where I got mine about a year ago. I used it a couple times. I went back to taking things to the dry cleaners.

I considered using it but I don't have all that much stuff that is dryclean only.

I'm very much a jean and t-shirt kind of gal, which makes up the majority of my wardrobe (with a few skirts and blouses for the office). ;D

Beats me, but I have a down bag that's overdue... ;D

I don't think it's meant to totally replace taking clothes to the dry cleaners. It just lets you get by going longer in between. I think all it does really is make your clothes smell better.

I don't have all that many things that go to the cleaners, but I do have a few "go to meeting" things that could use an airing out. :D

I looked at Walmart and didn't see it. Maybe I just wasn't looking in the right place.

Dryel doesn't work - doesn't clean. Only thing it is good for is getting smells out clothing - like if you were in a smoke filled room. If you have a stain, it makes the matter worse, as the heat of the dryer will help the stain to set. Believe me, I found this out the hard way.

Ick. I think those dry-cleaning substitutes are poopy. Like putting on some perfume in your arm pits when they stink really bad, (not that it would EVER happen to me) and then walking around - still stinking, but with a cloying heavy perfume stench mixed with the sweat odor.

I might yak.
