Can someone help me with avatars?

I found a really cool moving gymnastics type .gif file that I want to use as my avatar. But, the way I do my avatars now, I upload pics to photoisland and use the link from there. Photoisland doesn;t accept any files except jpeg, and I really want to use this.gif file!! Help, how do I do it??? Thanks!

Have you tried right clicking and getting the address and putting it between bracketshttp://address?

Right click it, choose properties, and then copy the address and paste to where you want it between the image brackets as above.
