I need to think of something I can put in my yard for some color through the winter. It's always so depressing this time of year when everything turns brown.
But then again, I'm not even sure I'll have a yard by summer, so I guess too much planning may not be in order. :P

I have the same color in my yard today.... it's the most beautiful white and coming down like little feathers from the sky. So far about six inches have fallen... a little late for a 'White Christmas' but at least all my company got home safely before the storm hit.

I wish it would snow. It's pissin' down rain .. again. We cannot ski. We cannot skate. We cannot mow lawn, or garden. All we can do is dodge puddles. >:(

Sounds like Dr. Seuss.

I want full details, I have no place to have a garden of my own, and I won't in the forseeable future. I have to live vicariously through other gardeners for now, and yes I do know that I can have a container garden, which I do every summer. It's just not the same thing.

I'm planting citrus..(blood orange, navel, regular valencia, for oranges all year), tangerine, and grapefruit....an avacado...and various berries as a privacy barrier on the chain link.......taking out any non-productive trees.......
Bringing in a tractor next month to redo the driveway anyway..
