;D Yes, great for NoPC. And in another respect its going to kick me into making this place a better playground. So from that perspective...it is indeed a great idea!

;D Let's see how long Lance, aka the GUARDIAN will put up with me!
:'( As for NewsMax, don't cry for me NewsMax-tina
:) A forum is fun but I have too many expenses to justify paying to trade ideas back and forth in cyberland.

I think NewsMax was trying to be more "respectable".
I believe they are making a mistake with the 'blog" format..but it is their site and I wish them the best of luck. :)

I just signed up with NewsMax before it shut down, I was crab apple. Looked at other forums and folks this is , in my opinion, the better one. Hope to hang around and get to know you. I'm sure I will piss off some but that's one reason I'm here. :)

Biteme, you remind me of Hubris. Do you have an ego problem, by any chance?

Yeah Lucianne Goldberg did something like that a while back but not for fee. Her site went straight into the toliet. It's doesn't work for a number of reasons.

I have to admit that I went through a bit of "Newsmax" withdrawl.
But I think most of us are stable enough to adjust to the change.
And I agree, let's not become a Newsmax clone, let's make this forum bigger and brighter and better. :)

Change is difficult for Canadians. We'll try to help the best we can, eh?

Kathleen is a FURRINER?? :o
I had no idea.
It happens. As I understand it from time to time a worthy person is born outside of the US or even in New Jersey or New York. It doesn't happen often but Kathleen is such a person. She's a Canadian but what the hell, she speaks English. She's not a Baptist. For a foreigner she's OK.

Kathleen is one of the best, great poster, I always like it when she shows up.
I get just the opposite feeling from that other Canadian Yukon who I think is doing 10 to 20 years in the Ontario prison.

LOL! Yukon is obviously doing something tedious. Him I don't miss. Kathleen is one of my favorites. She's a good sport.
