I must be getting old.. shit I am getting old. What I once thought is only for new age types, I am thinking about at least trying: yoga.

seems like a good idea to help stay flexible and fit, anyone into yoga? Maybe its time to order an instruction dvd..

Yoga is awesome. It feels good, it's calming, I think you should try it. You can meditate on whatever you want to. I meditate in prayer. I always feel strong and healthy and at peace after I finish. It has also helped me manage migraines without medication.

I've just started doing Pilates, and boy after a week I'm sore but able to tell some difference. I'm going to add Yoga to my routine as well.

Pilates is good too. Just make sure you have a good cardio routine as well. Three or four times a week for a half an hour or 45 minutes. I do yoga daily, Alexa is now trying to do it with me. It's cute because she's not that coordinated.

I gave myself an ellipitcal runner for Yule this year.

OMG, I can just imagine her doing that, and no she can't be too coordinated at the moment what with that massive toddler head. I always worry about them tipping over at that age and watch them like a wolf mother, even though they're not mine. You can't beat them for cute at that age though, infants are cute, but toddlers are much cuter just because they try to emulate their mums and dads.

What I would really like a jogger stroller, then I could turn our walks into my cardio and save myself some time.

She is pretty cute. ;D

I remember those commercials of those old Russians that were living over a hundred years and they attributed it to eating yoga.
