I still say we should put a locking cage around every NBA arena in the country. Keep the players locked, AND the idiots that attend the games as well. ::)

The DA has not yet charged him with a crime (the DA's not even sure they are goign to charge him since they have not seen the case either). You might want to wait until at least some evidence comes out.
Why just a cage around the NBA? There are more football players charged (not always convicted) of sexual assault each year than basketball players. There were two in the last two weeks in the NFL who were.
I'll wait until some stories come out before passing judgement.

True, very true. No matter what comes out, though, you know you won't get the full story.
Of all the NBA players out there, He's the last one I would have expected anything like this from.......I hope it's not true, but if it is, I can't say I'd be totally shocked, given the way athletes think they're untouchables.
Screw it, then.......you're right, put a cage around all of em.

He was in Vail for shoulder surgery that week, so he was in the area. But I'm suspicious that it might be a set-up considering his reputation. Especially since the police just outright arrested him, and did not go to the DA's office with the evidence and let them issue the warrant. Booked with no charges filed.

If that's true, doesn't he have some due process issues going on there?

That's what his lawyer is looking into-but, since he voluntarily turned himself in...it may be a moot point.

He would have had to waive his rights during questioning......That's a common mistake when people ARE innocent, and it's a good way to screw yourself over.
