Veal Parm

So who has a good recipe for veal parmisian? I love it, but I cannot cook it for crap.

Veal...one meat I do not cook. It's tasteless to me and the important thing is is to have a good sauce.

Last night, my mother in law made veal scalopinni, it was so good I ate twice as much as I should have. mmmmmmm.
