I don't feel like going to the store and a quick glance in the fridge indicates I got nothing but some eggs, spinach, onions, ketchup and pickles.

What do I make for my guy's supper?

If you had some flour and cheese, you could make a spinach quiche. :)

Have flour but no cheese.

Can I make it without the cheese?

The flour would be for the crust, of course. I don't think I'd make it without cheese....

Okay...change of plans...

Spinach omellette. Hold the pickles and ketchup, though.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Or I can just tell him to go get a burger or something - but I feel so guilty if I don't slave over a stove for at least an hour as part as the "wifely" duties. NOT! ;D

I'd call it a "Fritatta" instead of an ordinary omelette. Thinks with foreign names always taste better.

Not that there was a HUGE choice of recipes you can make out of three ingredients, ya know. ;D

I have three loaves of bread and two fish, and I have 5000 people coming for dinner. What should I do?

Hey Bad food mod,

I hear restaurant workers in California aren't required to have a food-handler's license; is that correct? :o

Incorrect. They are inspected weekly and are "graded" for cleanliness and the "grade" is posted on their front window with a huge sign. It's quite embarrassing for them to get anything other than an "A." I think "B" means the inspector wrote down "I saw Hector scratching his ass while preparing the salad bar" or something.

Fritattas are easier to make because you don't have to flip them.
