Only Congress is authorized by the Constitution to declare war. Period. It has failed to do so.

Yukonn: Remember "fair usage"? If you are going to post material from other places, cite the site and link it. I have no problem with you putting an article here, but at least give the original author some credit.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

If you wrote the article, then you are still obligated to give the source..

If you are in the public domain, then you might as well tell us who you are. Most honest posters do and we respect this.
