so if you don't want to listen.. don't read.. :D
Remember my brag about bringing my new washer and dryer in but having to lift the toilet up to do so because the ex put the toilet 1 1/4 " too close to the tub to move the appliances through?
Well.. a serviceman just left .. he had to srvice my washer. The "closet" my ex built to house the washer and dryer have left about 3" on either side of the washer and dryer .. and they sit at respective ends of the "closet".. facing each other.. only way they will fit. He designed the closet like this.. said he would put doors on it to hide the appliances..doors never happened.
Anyhow.. service man said.. if the dryer ever needs to be serviced, it's impossible in that spot, and the washer is near impossible..
i.e.... if something breaks I have to have it transported to the shop.
I gotta ask.. what was I thinking? ::)
