I'm guessing if this guy were a member of the local Baptist church he would never have been arrested.

It says they arrested him at his home, even though he was sentenced to 15 years in prison last year. How does that work?

side note: I keep getting a security message about about blocked cookies from http://opi.yahoo.com/online?u=PaganChick90&m=g...
Lizzie, I noticed that part of this is your e-mail address. Do you have any idea what this is about? Thanks.

I think he's free pending the appeal of the original case. As for the warning, I have no idea as I'm having no problems whatever.

Let's see...

He lives in Alabamastan...
He's not a Baptist....
He refused to sell land to a Baptist Church.

Connect the dots. ::)

I thought they put people in jail pending the appeal. Especially since it is 6 Felony counts.

When I go to the website that comes up, all that is there is a picture of a little grey smilie that is similar to what is your profile (whatever that is for). No biggie - just curious why I would be getting cookies every time I read one of your posts.

I don't use a grey smilie in my profile.

Sorry...not your profile....over to the left side of everyones posts is your name, avatar, and some different symbols. My guess is that it is just some kind of 'online' indicator related to that grey smilie. Mystery solved.

Those who really believe in God and in his wisdom are probably at a crossroads with politics in some ways...

Religion and thirst for power and a propelled hate against humanity for whatever reason do not mix....

imho

Imo, there could be a more likely underlying cause of this guy's problems. Likely if there was a wolf breeder around my area every farmer in the area would be looking to put him out of business and with the witchcraft bit, the narcotics raid might've been the strategy.

Then too, if a witch lived next to most any Bible church, especially in a rural area where there were farmers, the church may have simply organized a prayer effort for the Almighty to get this evil tha heck outa there n the narcotics squad n all the rest unwittingly became their answer. Fervent prayer to the true god, Jehovah avails much, says scripture. 8) If indeed there was injustice, there's no proof here that the church had anything to do with it. Circumstantial evidence oughn't to convict the church here as you are doing any more than it should in a court of law.

The mix of witchcraft and wolf breeding is not the way to win friends and influence people any place in America, quite yet.

Buzz, the only evil I see in this story is the concerted effort of a bunch of bigots to destroy the life of a long time resident because he is NOT a Christian.

If you buy somthing "as is"...and you sign the bill of sale stating the item is "as is", how can that possibly be a felony violation against the seller? You sell antiques don't you? Would you want those SAME charges turned against YOU because someone in power didn't like the fact you were a Christian?

Be careful what you cheer for..it could happen to you next.

More likely buying off other members of your congregation avails a lot more than praying to the true god Jehovah. I know wolf breeders, they don't let their wolves just run around killing off other people's livestock.

His problems started when he refused to sell property to the local Baptist church. That's what I base my assumptions on, and that's hardly circumstansial.
